In a world where stories of abandonment often overshadow tales of love and resilience, Bear stands out as a beacon of hope. Azura M’s beloved dog, Bear, is more than just a pet; he embodies the spirit of second chances. Bear, a spirited pit bull mix, was found as a newborn abandoned in a parking garage at Azura’s dad’s workplace. It’s a heartbreaking start to a life that could have easily been marked by tragedy. But fate had other plans. Rescued and nurtured, Bear has blossomed into a playful and affectionate companion, quickly becoming a cherished member of the family. What truly defines Bear is not just his breed or background but his personality. His love for playing tug-of-war and his penchant for tearing up cardboard reflect his playful nature and zest for life. Each playful moment is a reminder of his resilience and the joy that comes with being given a chance to thrive. Bear’s story is a powerful testament to the impact of compassion and the bond between humans and animals. It serves as a reminder that every pet has a story worth telling, and sometimes, the best companions come from the most unexpected beginnings. In the case of Bear, love has transformed a once-abandoned puppy into a vibrant, joyful presence that lights up the lives of those around him, proving that even the harshest circumstances can lead to wonderful outcomes.

Hi, my name is Jeniya. I am 17. I am a Senior here at JVA. I have yet to go anywhere out of Colorado. I love to style hair, and I love to look at the colors you can dye your hair. Being creative is something that I love, whether that is participating in school news or finding new ways to cut and style my hair, it all works for me. I love to volunteer for my church, one of my favorite things to do is work with young kids and watch them grow. Something else I love to do is Tent Camping.
