This spring, many music events and concerts are coming to the Denver Area. Not to mention plenty of choices of different genres and artists! Genres from rap to R&B to jazz and even electronic. There’s bound to be a music event for everyone in the coming weeks!
One of the bigger artists coming to Denver includes Peso Pluma, who features Tito Double P and other artists. He will perform on Thursday, March 26th, at Ball Arena at 8 pm. Known for his corridos tumbados, trap corridos, and Spanish rap, it is expected that he will draw in a large crowd. Get your tickets while you can if that is something that interests you!
In the meantime, electronic fans can spot The Floozies on Saturday, March 21st at Mission Ballroom at around 7 pm, and for alternative pop fans, can see Ashnikko on Saturday, March 28th at 8 pm at the Mission Ballroom.
Fans of R&B from the 90s will enjoy the experience of Keith Sweat, Joe, and Dru Hill for The R&B Loves Tour at the Bellco Theater on Saturday, April 4th at 7 pm. Doors will open at 7 pm, and the show is likely to start around 8 pm. Who doesn’t love a good classic R&B concert?
Not to mention a performance from RAYE on Monday, April 6th at 6:30 pm at the Filmore Auditorium. RAYE’s genre of music features a range from soul all the way to contemporary R&B.
Hip-hop fans, however, have a wide range of options this spring. Including Ice Cube, Wiz Khalifa, and 2 Chainz. Ice Cube is set to perform at Red Rocks Theater on Monday, April 20th at 7 pm. Fans know him from NWA and West Coast Connection, but he’s here to do a show with surprise artists like Too $hort. On Sunday, April 19th, we are expected to see a performance by Wiz Khalifa at 5:30 with featured artists such as 2 Chainz and Berner.
But in addition to the several concerts lined up for spring, there are also many music festivals happening as well. The Denver Jazz Fest takes place from Friday, April 3rd to Monday, April 6th, with a vast range of breweries and music venues, including Dazzle and Nocturne. There are also many free concerts that will take place in early April at Bohn Park as part of the Bloomin’ Beats set. Another event contains Ravenscoon and Jansten performing at Red Rocks on Saturday, March 28th.
With a vast collection of music events and concerts, students and adults have the chance to explore new music or go to a concert of their favorite artists. Spring is a great time to be able to experience these moments, too, as the weather gets warmer.
